Shihab Ullah is a student of the Tahfizul Quran Ayas Sunnah Madrasah in Dhaka's Jatrabari. His village home is Comilla
Hafeez Shihab Ullah of Bangladesh won the King Abdul Aziz International Quran Teloyat Competition.
He secured second place in the third group (1st 8th) in the 3rd Qur'an Teloyat Competition organized at the new building of the Kaaba Sharif Mosque.
Makar Mayor Khalid Bin Faisal handed over 3,000 Saudi realms and honors to him as a reward.

Hafez from 3 countries participated in this Quran Teloyat competition in Saudi Arabia. Out of these, 12 Hafez awards were received in various categories.
Hafez Zakaria of Bangladesh recited the Quran at the beginning of the program. He also participated in the competition.
Minister of State for Religious Affairs Sheikh Mohammed Abdullah was present as the guest of honor. In addition, the Minister of Religious Affairs of Saudi Arabia said. Abdul Latif Bin Al Sheikh, Haram Sharif Senior Imam of Mecca. Sheikh Abdur Rahman Al-Sudais was present.
Minister of State for Religious Affairs said that in the future Bangladesh will also host such Quran Teloyat competition.
